We at Nextbuying.in want you to be fully satisfied
with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can request a
return, replacement, or refund as per the terms below.
1. Eligibility for Return
You may request a return if:
- The
item is defective, damaged, or not as described.
- You
received the wrong product.
- The
item is unused and in its original packaging.
- The
return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
Items damaged due to misuse, physical damage, or
tampering are not eligible.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they are
defective:
- Opened
or used earbuds, charging cables, or personal audio
devices
- Items
marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” on the product
page
- Free
gifts or promotional items
3. Return Process
- Email
us at support@nextbuying.in within 7 days of delivery.
- Mention
your order number, issue, and attach photos/videos (if applicable).
- Once
approved, we’ll schedule a pickup via courier or request you to
self-ship the item.
- The
item must be securely packed in original condition with all accessories
and manuals.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the
returned product:
- Prepaid
orders: Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7
business days.
- Cash
on Delivery (COD): Refund will be issued via UPI or bank
transfer after confirmation.
- Refunds
may be partially denied if the product is used, damaged, or missing
components.
5. Replacements & Exchanges
- If you
received a defective or incorrect item, we will send a replacement
free of charge.
- Replacement
is subject to product availability.
- In
case a replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
6. Order Cancellations
- You
can cancel an order before it is shipped.
- Once
the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible. You will need to
follow the return process.
